Hi, my name is Justin. I am an energetic and capable trainer. Along with my associates degree from the University of Delaware in exercise science I also specialize in athletic training/sports injury rehabilitation and prevention, bio mechanics and MMA training. I also teach self-defense clinics. Regardless of your goals, I will create a program to help you reach and maintain the goals that you set!
