I will access each person individually, to ensure you get put on a detailed program designed for your wants and needs. I use Cardiac zones to determine where each client needs to be for fat loss and muscle gains. I believe in teaching my clients the why behind everything we do because people work harder when they truly understand the benefits of each exercise.
