About Me

To start off, a few years ago, when I was 15, I never envisioned having my own website, being a real estate agent, making YouTube videos, reading a book a week, and joining my dad in his remodeling business. The only thing I was aware of was school. I’ve always been a motivated, disciplined individual just from past experiences and competing in sports, weightlifting, track, and basketball.

What began this all, was basketball. I played organized basketball for over 10 years and enjoyed every second of it. Every now and then I would pick up a basketball and reminisce in the past, but after high school was when things began to change.

Once my dad allowed me to use the small gym in the garage, my 10th Grade year, I constantly would go in there 4-5 times a week, not knowing exactly what I was doing, but yet I was still having fun. As my passion for fitness began to grow and my passion for basketball slowly started dying down, I was seeing results and receiving a ton of compliments and questions.

It wasn’t till my first semester in college when I realized I wanted to do something that I was truly passionate about, which was to become a certified personal trainer.

After attaining my ISSA certification, the opportunity to work at Gold’s Gym was presented to me and I was excited at first, but then I gave it some thought and denied the position. The reason why I denied the position was simply because I desired to help a larger audience instead of the people that only went to Gold’s Gym.
