Hi, my name is Junior. I would consider myself a person that's very competitive. When someone tells me it can't be done. It just gives me a better reason to accomplish my goal. Fitness has been a huge part of my life. I began training clients in 2002. My reward is watching my clients grow. Seeing them live a healthier lifestyle is what thrills me.

When we first meet a student I like to sit down and hear what your goals are and what you want to accomplish. I'm a type of person that i set your training according to your goals and what's comfortable to you. So no routine workouts are the same. Everyone's workouts are different. Working together as a team will make changes in your lifestyle and accomplish great things.
