I played soccer and basketball since I was seven years old up until my junior year in high school, where I had to stop due to an ankle injury. I workout a minimum of 30 minutes a day, plus play basketball a few times a week and maybe a soccer game if I have the time.

I have trained kids from the ages of 7-18 in both sports, as well as been a personal trainer for adults in overall fitness and nutrition. I have helped a few adults lose weight and keep them on track towards their goals.
