Hey there! I am so glad you stopped by. I’m Juliet, but my friends call me Jules! I started my fitness career working as a coach at New York Sports Club in 2018. It was there that I discovered that the only thing I loved more than fitness was the connections I built with my clients. Connecting and bonding with the people I train is why I will always LOVE what I do! In addition to working with clients one-on one, I’ve worked extensively as as a group fitness instructor for Pilates on Fifth (Silk Suspension); New York Athletic Club (HIIT, Sculpt) and several luxury apartment buildings throughout NYC. Other experience includes 1-on-1 personal training at TMPL Fitness, and small group training at Structure Personal Fitness. I’ve been certified as a Master Personal Trainer via the National Federation of Personal Trainers (NFPT) meaning that I hold specialty certifications in Resistance Training , Endurance Training, and Fitness Nutrition. Most recently I’ve been certified as a Glute Training specialist via the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) I believe that movement should be a JOYFUL experience above all! It is my pleasure and my passion to empower others through joyful movement.

What to Expect

My clients can walk into a session knowing that the next hour or so is 110% about them. While my training sessions are always customized to your unique goals, I always prioritize functional movement with an emphasis on improving strength, stability, mobility, and flexibility. I love working with clients to find out what they like, what they dislike, and what they love to hate! I’ve been told that my coaching style is tough, but compassionate, and nonjudgmental. Our sessions should be a safe space for you to focus on you. Not every session is going to be fun, not every session is going to go exactly the way you want it to- but I promise that every single session will always be 110% about you.
