About Me

I am the founder and president of PurEnergy Health and Wellness Services, Inc. I have worked with individuals and business organizations for more than 30 years promoting overall wellness. Through my knowledge and personality, I bring a unique opportunity for individuals to improve their health, attitude and life. My qualifications to provide wellness services are unrivaled. In 1985, I was one of the first people in the nation to receive the prestigious American College of Sports Medicine Fitness Instructor Certification. In 1996, I received the Award of Excellence from the Governor’s Council for Physical Fitness and Health for my contributions to health and fitness in North Carolina. In 2006 I was a featured speaker along with Richard Simmons at The Spa at Pinehurst’s “Energizing Weekend.” In December 2008 I was awarded Most Fit Health Club Professional in America.Most recently I was recognized as one of the Top Ten Personal Trainers in America of 2011. What to Expect

I offer a complete fitness and nutrition assessment so each client has a program tailored to their specific needs, limitations and goals. My sessions include training on all cardio equipment, strength training with your goals in mind and incorporating balance, agility and flexibility. If your goal includes weight loss, I assess your food charts and suggest changes you can make to speed you towards your ideal weight. All of our workouts are fun, functional and safe using a huge variety of fitness modalities and all the latest fitness equipment.
