Hi, my name is Julia. I started my fitness journey over a decade ago after the birth of my second daughter. My goal was to lose the baby weight, in the process I found a whole new person. Now I share my love of fitness with anyone that would like to improve their health, reduce stress, increase self confidence, lose weight or just love themselves more.

After we determine your unique goals and motivations we'll put together a plan together that involves flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and resistance training.
Brian is a 42 year old male with a few chronic injuries that come with a lifetime of being active. We worked together to pinpoint his weaknesses and strengthen those areas so he could continue to do the sport he loved, running. He doesn't enjoy heavy lifting and intense bursts of activities give him headaches so we worked around those limitations to create a program he enjoyed that gave him the results he was looking for.
