Hi, my name is Julia. I specialize in weight loss, strength training, toning up /shedding fat, weight gain, mindfulness, and lifestyle management. I see clients in the gym and/or online. My fitness journey started when I decided to recover from an eating disorder and take my life back through nourishing my body with food and enjoying exercise again. I take a holistic approach with all my clients. Health and fitness is more than the hours you put into the gym. Your sleep, diet, stress levels, and other environmental factors play a huge role in the way your body metabolizes food and stores energy.

Our first session we will take a deep dive into your health and fitness. I will ask you questions about your sleep, diet, health history, stress level management, and overall daily habits/activities. Then I will create a program designed specifically for you that will transform not just your physical, but also your mental health as well. My goal as a coach is to teach you the way to achieve your highest and best self that you do not need me down the line!
