About Me

I am Juan, N.E.S.T.A. (National Exercise & Sport Trainers Association) certified personal fitness trainer. I trained and studied in Orange County, CA and previously worked for gyms such as 24hrs fitness. During my sessions, I try to keep things fun, exciting, and new, with my main focus on the client's personal goals. Keep in mind, being healthy and reaching your fitness goals requires a total lifestyle change. This includes your eating habits. A well planned, balanced personal diet is crucial to help you reach your goals.
