Hello! My name is Josh Claybrook! A bit about myself: I have a passion for helping others regain their health through functional training. Quite often, a person's quality of life takes a turn for the worse because they have pain in the hips, knees, lower back, or shoulders. This is normally due to weakness in the supporting structure. I am not yet a physical therapist so I can not give medical advice but I can help to strengthen these problem areas of the body which will normally ease joint pain. I live in Mebane with my wife and kids. I was in the Navy for 10 years and that was were I first learned the multitude of benefits from exercise.

A typical training session will be an initial assessment of health and mobility. A workout session will normally be 45 minutes long and involve the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, mats, stability balls, medicine balls, and resistance bands to achieve a total body workout focusing on a plank, row, press, lunge, and squat. Clients can come to my house or I can travel there!
