I have been training for eight years now. I have a bachelors of science degree in exercise science, along with my certification. I have always been active person who enjoys working out and being healthy. I have worked with all sorts of clients, ranging in age (13 to 75), goals and abilities. I just recently started coaching a flag football team for 6 and 7 year olds and look forward to coaching more in the future. I believe that you can never know enough, so I am constantly looking to learn and get better. I always strive to do my best in everything that I set out to do.

The training sessions will always start with various warm up drills/exercises, then the workout will begin ( the workout itself will depend on the goals of person), then a cool down of stretching and myofacial release when necessary. We will also go over nutrtion to make sure that maximal results are achieved.
I have multiple success stories, clients running fast half and full marathon times, weight loss achievements, better balance, better agility, more muscle mass. I always do my very best to get my client the results they want.
