Hey! My name is Josh, and I am a personal trainer (ISSA), strength and conditioning coach (ISSA), and a nutritionist (B.S. Degree). I have been in the health industry for 12 years now and my passion for it has only gotten stronger with each passing day. That may sound tacky but it's the truth. I have been an athlete all of my life and train myself in that way. Since i'm a nutritionist, I also eat the way I expect my body to perform and live. Over the course of my career I have worked with hundreds of people with every goal you can think of, ranging from simple vitality and wellness goals to weight loss (20 different clients losing more than 100+ pounds) to the highest of fitness performance and athletics. What to Expect

A typical sessions work will be focused on your specific goal. I will plan your programming on a monthly basis and each session will follow that plan. Whether it be fitness or nutrition related, whatever work that needs to be done in that session in order to show measurable progress toward your goal is what we will be doing. These activities include: - Resistance training in all categories (Dumbbells, Barbells, Calisthenics, Kettlebells, Plyometrics, functional movement) - Biometric measurement (measuring weight, circumference, body fat) - Nutiriton Planning (Food Logging, macronutrient calculation, habit modification, daily planning) - Flexibility and mobility work My training philosophy simple. Results are the only thing that matter. Sure, we are going to have fun... but the main reason why you will have fun, is because you are seeing the results.

I have had 5 different clients lose over 150 pounds and about 15 others lose over 60. The typical weight loss client that works with me will lose between 10-20 lbs if the work is done. not half done, but completely done. the best thing anyone could do for themselves is to have the initial understanding with yourself that this is a lifestyle change. That doesn't mean that results can't come quickly, it simply means you don't quit. period.
