What to Expect

Interview to obtain goals, health history and concerns. Movement assessment. Workout plan introduction. Nutritional planning education and supplementation needs. Blood lab testing recommendations. Workouts will then be phasic with warm ups, movement prep, corrective exercise, strength and pose work, conditioning and flexibility at the end.
