About Me

Hi, my name is Josh. I have been training athletes who wish to improve their half marathon times for over two years. Through my own injuries and experimentation, I have discovered how important it is to be be a well rounded athlete through cross training and a solid core. It was after my own experiences I decided to become a personal trainer and remove the trial and error portion of improving a clients fitness level.

What to Expect

Body weight exercises, low weight high repetition, sustained elevated heart rate and TRX. I rotate exercises to keep things fresh and exciting. I can easily train you in your own home, if preferred.

Client Success Story

I recently coached a runner through the summer and fall season with the goal of finishing a half marathon in 1:50 minutes. Her previous best was 1:53, three years ago. Through a combination of body weight exercises and intense speed work, she was able to beat her goal time and finish at her goal race just shy of 1:49.
