I'm Joe Zucchi, a certified Physician Assistant, ACE-certified personal trainer, and nutrition coach. I'm a graduate of Saint Anselm College with a bachelor's degree in Natural Science and have a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from MCPHS University. Fitness is my passion and I enjoy every aspect of it. My training, nutrition, and knowledge of the latest and most effective techniques to gain muscle and lose fat, combined with the experience I've gained over the years, allows me to help you achieve your fitness goals effectively and quickly. Over the years I have worked with clients of all ages to help them become leaner and healthier. I practice what I preach and my workouts and nutritional advice are founded upon a blend of the best techniques from top fitness professionals and science-backed research. I have experience working as a Study Coordinator and Research Technician in the Nutrition, Exercise, Physiology & Sarcopenia Laboratory at Tufts University. In addition, I also worked at Theresa Piotrowski MD Medical Weight Loss Center as the Fitness and Nutritional Advisor. I currently work as a medical weight loss provider at Transition Medical Weight Loss in Salem, NH.
