I have been training over 30+ yrs and have competed in a number of fitness shows. I have trophies for my hard work. I have a lot of different training techniques that I use and have worked with ALL types of folks. I have a big health background that I bring to the table. I have had different injuries that I've worked thru. I specialize in weight loss, work with toning, some bodybuilding, some power lifting. Basically, I've done lot of training styles.
100% dedication from me and guidance. Lot of education. Hands on work. Some humor, ( i like to have a good time ) while working . Some kind of result.
