About Me

When I was in 6th grade I found interest in building muscle. This interest soon turned to passion. I did not have access to a gym, so I would use any objects around the house to train. I had no free weights so I used to take giant tree branches and put bricks on each side to do bicep curls and squats. I even had a plan/way to do chest day. I used to take my mom's coolers and line them up together to act as a bench. I eventually had to stop lifting because my mom took all of the training equipment away since she was afraid I would hurt myself!

Years passed, then the year following high school, I found my way back into training. I was in a college class one day and saw a video of a bodybuilder, Kai Greene. Kai was a large bodybuilder that was posing on stage. After that I realized, that is what I wanted to do with my life. I have now been training for 6 years, competed in a couple of bodybuilding shows, won several trophies, and had the opportunity to work at a gym, and also trains many clients. Which leads to what I do now, I love reaching new personal goals, but there is something special about helping others achieve their fitness goals.

What to Expect

My clients are my inspiration to continually improve and show them all things are possible with consistency. I am very attentive for each client and will hand craft personal programs geared toward each client's specific goals which is what makes my programs so successful.
