Hi, my name is Joseph. I have over 4 years experience as a personal trainer and exercise class instructor. I am comfortable training clients with various training goals (e.g., weight loss, healthier diets, body building, endurance athletes, et cetera) and have extensive knowledge in the areas of exercise and nutrition. I also have extensive experience as a wrestler (NCAA, US Navy, high school).
IFPA
The first session should be used to address the client's current physical fitness state and goals the client wishes to accomplish. Each session will begin with an explanation of the session for that day. I will ensure the client performs exercises with proper technique, coach and motivate the client, and provide guidance throughout the session. Also, progress will be tracked and feedback delivered to the client.
I trained a client who had a goal of weight loss. I incorporated a lot of high intensity workouts. The client adhered to proper nutrition and gave great effort during each training session. This particular client lost 20 lbs within 6 weeks of training. This is not a typical accomplishment, yet, when the client strives hard and is disciplined in diet great results can be had.
