My passion for physical fitness began more than 30 years ago. My desire to become more knowledgeable, and be able to share this passion with others, led me to take the courses to become a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. My primary specialization is in NASM Corrective Exercise. I also have National Council of Certified Personal Trainers Certification.

A typical training session begins with flexibility training (warm up-specific to client), moving on to core strength training, followed by either stabilization and endurance, strength and endurance, balance training, or body-building, dependent upon clients goals and/or needs. A session concludes with a thorough cool-down.
