My name is Jordan and I have been involved with training for two years now. I have been a full time personal trainer for a approximately one year. I also have a bachelor's degree in exercise science and health promotion. I am NASM-CPT, NASM-CES and ARC-CPR/AED certified. I am an avid outdoorsman and am also competitive by nature. I grew up on a small farm here in Iowa, playing every sport I could and attending any sporting event possible. If I'm not working out or training clients, I normally spend most of my time with my black lab, Charlie.

Clients can expect a proper warm-up, strength and metabolic conditioning in a normal session for a healthy (injury free) individual. After our workout they can also expect a cool-down phase with some stretching and nutrition guidance if needed. Measurements will be recorded and tracked once every week. There will also be mandatory homework assignments throughout the week.
“Jordan is awesome. He has been an integral part of my transformation and has really motivated me. He is professional and I have come to really count on him. There are so many moments where I look back and think about his ability to work well, motivate, teach (he is very good at teaching the movements and breaking down the steps), encourage, and train and his situational awareness which is well above others his age.” -Kristin Tremper (training client at Anytime Fitness)
