My name is Jordan and I am a 30-year-old fighter/trainer. My passion is fitness and martial arts. I believe these two things go hand in hand. I am also highly proficient in programming a training regimen based on my client's needs/goals. I think exercise is the best form of medicine we have! I can train a client in several disciplines including: strength, speed, boxing, kickboxing, submission grappling, endurance and HIIT. It can cure all that ails the soul, but must be overseen by a true professional, such as myself.
The workout can vary significantly depending on what the client wants to train in. My workouts in boxing are much different than a workout in grappling. A basic guideline is we warm up for 10-15 minutes, skill work for 30-40 minutes, and then finish up with a conditioning drill.
A client of mine named Joe came to us as a stressed out, overweight lawyer. Through our grappling lessons and random boxing lessons, we got about 45 lbs off of Joe. He found a true passion in life and his whole mentality flipped. He was overcome with vigor and excitement to train, rather than dismay. It was a truly amazing transformation.
