About Me

I have a master's degree in exercise physiology and a bachelor's degree in exercise and sport science. I am a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and a certified sports nutritionist through the International Society of Sports Nutrition. I also have a certificate from the Cooper Institute to work with pregnant and postnatal women. I've worked in a gym setting on and off for the past four years and in a Human Performance research lab studying exercise and sports supplements for the last two years. I enjoy everything involving fitness and nutrition and have a passion for helping other live a healthier lifestyle.

What to Expect

You can expect to be pushed a little further towards your goals. Whether you're focused on losing weight, increasing strength, or improving your overall health, the training session will be customized to you. The session will challenge you and if we've both done our job, you will walk away feeling accomplished! Nutrition, a key component in healthy living, will of course be sprinkled in to each session.
