Hello! My name is Jordan Huelster and I just got out of the Marines and have located back to Texas with my husband. I currently hold four certifications: Personal Trainer, Specialist in Exercise Therapy, Specialist in Group Fitness, and Specialist in Strength and Conditioning. I love fitness and helping people achieve their goals, no matter what they might be! I am currently going to school with an end goal of a Masters in Sports Psychology. I played softball, volleyball, and threw javelin in high school, and now I am a competitive powerlifter, although I have spent time training in bodybuilding, HIIT, CrossFit, and endurance running.

It would depend on what their goals are. I believe that no two clients are the same and that every training session should be formatted to help them meet their individual goals. Guidance on proper form and technique, solid feedback on anything they might have questions about, help with nutrition, and undying commitment are all things guaranteed to all clients.
While I was still in the Marine Corps, I had two post-part um Marines who had gained 45 and 53 lbs respectively. With only 3 months worth of time allotted, I was able to help them not only get back down to their pre-pregnancy weight but also help them meet the required physical fitness standards within the Marine Corps.
