My interest in health and wellness began from an early age as I was involved with different sports in high school and college. This led me to earn a degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology at Indiana University’s School of Public Health. In school, I completed a 350-hour internship at Force Fitness and Performance in Bloomington, IN, where I gained hands on experience coaching clients and athletes of all levels. At Force Fitness, I developed wellness and rehabilitation programs as well as gained practical experience promoting and marketing the wellness programs effectively to gain that exposure needed to run a successful business. Currently, I hold certifications as both a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I am a firm believer in functional training and injury prevention like I mentioned before. My training programs will be designed to not only have the client achieve a great body but also feel good as well in terms of flexibility, range of motion, high energy, strength, etc. I have a lot of experience working with adult clients, athletes, as well as physique/bodybuilder clients of all ages.

What to Expect

We strive to create “art” with each client we train. We strive for an aesthetic, balance-physique approach with all our clients no matter if their goal is weight loss, muscle gain or muscle tone. We also do not want our clients to get bored of their training routines. If a client comes in looking for weight loss, we will not just have them get on elliptical and monitor their heart rate, but rather use tools such as the medicine balls, sleds and battling ropes for their conditioning. We want our clients to reach their goals, have fun doing it, and to have the best bodies they could imagine. With that saying, not only do we focus on getting a good physique with our clients, but we also strive to make clients more athletic. Our goal is to provide programs that will increase function that can be incorporated into everyday life. Functional training is a huge aspect here at KNEADZ. We do not want clients to just show up, do a workout, and then leave it all in the gym, rather, we want our clients to be able to use the principals we teach and apply them to their everyday lives.

Client Success Story

At KNEADZ, we have clients of all ages and all fitness levels. Our goal is to build relationships with each and every client we train. When the foundation is established and the hard work is put in, results will come. Here at KNEADZ, we have a 100%, client retention rate meaning that once a client finishes a program, they immediately sign up for round two!
