About Me

My name is Jonathan and I am a strength coach at Woodlands strength and conditioning. I specialize in weight loss, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and nutrition. I have been training for over 20 years and I have been coaching for 8 years now.

What to Expect

A typical session will start with a warm up then active stretching. One or two main movements will be completed before moving on into circuit training. Ending with a short cardio circuit

My philosophy behind training is using variable wave cycles. I Mainly focus on strength training and especially focus on perfecting form
