About Me

Hi, my name is Jonathan and fitness is my passion. I believe anyone can achieve their goals with enough hard work. Most people associate the gym with bodybuilding but its really a place where you feel and move better. Working out should be fun and productive, and ultimately a way of life. My greatest joy is to show people how to incorporate fitness into there everyday life .

What to Expect

We will learn how to trigger point, foam roll, and stretch correctly followed by strength training to reach our goals. The last five minutes will involve going over nutrition because you can't outwork an unhealthy diet.
