Hey! I’m a 24 year old graduate of University of Michigan, where I studied exercise science and physiology, and I recently started medical school at Washington University in St Louis! You can expect a rigorous, carefully planned session that fits your needs, maximizes the time we have together, and leaves you feeling accomplished and looking great (sweaty, but great). You can expect high intensity interval training, that will keep you burning fat well after the training session is over. You can expect explicit personal nutritional advice. But most of all, you can expect to have fun! I don’t do boring sessions. You’ll know exactly what you’re working out, why, and how it gets you to your goal. Our sessions will be centered on you.
