About Me

Hi, my name is Jonas. I am a former American football defensive tackle who played college football for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I was signed free agent with the New York Giants in 2005 and also played for the Dallas Cowboys. While at UNC I played on the offensive line but in time switched back to defensive tackle. I am a dedicated fitness professional with an extensive background in training, fitness and certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in sports and fitness enhancement.
