About Me

I am a strength and conditioning specialist new to the Austin area. I have worked with a variety of populations, from athletes to special populations. My true passion is working with youth athletes to help them become the best version of themselves. I also specialize in post rehab and working with clients with disabilities. I am a triathlete and also olympic weightlifter who sees the benefit of both lifestyles. I try to incorporate many different training philosophies in my programs to best suit the client's needs.

What to Expect

The first session is always an assessment to make sure the client is able to move efficiently, and what imbalances need to be addressed. We then move one to constructing a plan to fit the clients needs and goals. I will not only be a motivation to help push them to give their best effort but also a teacher to help them understand the importance and reason behind the training.

I have a client named Cindy who came to me overweight and suffering from hypertension. Through proper training and managing diet she has been able to loose the extra weight, and has even gotten off all hypertension medication, improving her overall quality of life.
