Hi, my name is Johnny. As an athlete and coach, I have pursued a health and fitness career because of the passion and devotion I felt everyday as soon as I stepped in the gym. I love to spend time training, improving, learning, and teaching others. I have spent more than 5 years training as an athlete, and over 2 years learning and improving my training and techniques. My methodology while coaching consists of “safety, speed, and strength” while having fun. I offer a wide range of coaching services, tips, queues and technique revision for my clients. Increased strength, mobility, and a body that you will be happy with are the things that we will work towards together.

My success story is of two clients - a married couple ages 52 and 55. The female has seen correction in her scoliosis and hip height imbalance. She has reduced her fat percentage from 22 to 20 percent after two months. The male has lost 20 pounds and has gone from 35 to 28 percent body fat in two months. He has seen drastic improvement from his kyphosis, hamstring tightness, and calf sprain. Previously, he was only able to walk 2 miles without pain. He is now walking 8 miles without pain! As a couple, they have been able to increase physical activity both with me and while exercising independently.
