About Me

Before becoming a trainer, I was a journalist. I attended the Southern California Health Institute and completed a NASM-curriculum in 2014. I first started training clients in November of 2013 before becoming a professional, certified trainer. I am passionate about health and fitness. I look forward to helping you reach and maintain all of your fitness goals!
