Hello folks my name is John, I am a nationally known personal trainer and life coach. I have been the official trainer of the Cleveland Cavaliers Dance Team, and have been featured on multiple national television and radio programs. For the past 25 years I have owned and operated Mind and Body Fitness studio. Mind and Body Fitness is a personal training center where I develop and implement customized fitness, strength training and fat-loss programs for my clientele. I hold a B.A. from Cincinnati University and I am certified by the National Federation of Personal Trainers (NFPT).
