Hi, my name is John. I am a certified personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and hold specialty certifications in golf fitness and weight management. My goal is to become your fitness partner, to be able to provide you with the right information to help you succeed. I really enjoy this work, and I've worked with people with many different backgrounds, careers etc... each and every one has been unique and I've been very fortunate to have made many friends along the way!

I believe that training sessions should be fun and motivating with just the right amount of good hard work. They will consist of a lot of coaching, and an effective workout. The coaching will focus on your lifestyle development, which I believe is the only way to make long lasting change. We can discuss typical challenges you face, and work together to come up with all sorts of creative ideas to achieve your goals!
For me, client success has been measured in different terms. In one case it was a senior with movement challenges being able to become more mobile to get out with his family more often and more easily. In another it was significant weight loss combined with strength and conditioning to allow the client to come off of their blood pressure medications.
