About Me

I provide a very personalized training experience. All of my sessions are private. I only work with individuals and couples. This allows me to focus entirely on you and your goals. I get to know you and understand your needs so I can customize a program that will help you achieve your best.

I am the author of "The Mind-Body Makeover" which is a comprehensive weight loss program. The program lasts at least 90 days and addresses exercise, nutrition, and mindfulness while holding you accountable through supporting coaching. If you have been struggling to lose weight, this program is designed specifically with you in mind.

I have a well-equipped studio in my home. I also have an array of portable equipment that I can bring to you. I focus on strength training to add muscle to your frame. I also use Metabolic training and high-intensity aerobics to help you burn fat. My training methods will give you maximum results in the least time.

My objective is to help you change your lifestyle. I want to introduce you to a new way of living that includes exercise as a regular part of your life in the same way that you brush your teeth or take a shower. That's why I also counsel you on what to do when we aren't training together.
