I am a master trainer who has provided over 10,000 hours of training at big box gyms and have also designed fitness programs for military units. Ultimately, my focus is getting you to your goals quickly and as safely as possible. The program includes a customized workout plan, guidance in nutrition and supplementation. Clients should expect a balanced program that will cover diet, cardiovascular exercise, strength training, supplementation, and professional guidance. Clients can expect a custom program that initially focuses on core strengthening. This training program then progresses into strength and power training, which is where we will move heavier weight and we will do it quicker. As your body begins to push through these challenges, we also ensure we coach proper recovery through stretching, SMR, nutrition, and other techniques.
Sofie did prenatal training twice on this program. She is very healthy and so are her two kids. As challenges in life appeared, she continued to avoid excuses and kept her health a top priority.
