About Me

Hi, my name is Joelle. I bring something very different to the fitness world, my clients only workout 2-3 times a week for an hour or less and have never been healthier. I focus on super slow resistance training and crossfit basics making the body work like it should. There is no quick fix to being healthy and there's never a better time to start than now. I'm in school for dietetics so I can be an expert in both fitness and nutrition. I will forever change how people approach their health goals and they'll never be overwhelmed again.

What to Expect

A guided, very specific protocol to achieve something specific. I don't believe in sets and I barely believe in counting. I believe in doing what you can and exceeding from there.
