In addition to these certifications, I have a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and more than 17 years of training experience. I have been involved in sports and fitness throughout my life; it was my love of physical activity and my desire to help others that drove me into the fitness industry. Throughout my years of training, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals of all levels, ranging from those with special needs to collegiate level athletes. My approach to training is a holistic, integrative one, which involves putting all the pieces together and finding the best program to fit your needs. There are many avenues through which health and fitness can be obtained and I encourage everyone to find one they enjoy to help sustain a lifetime of happiness. It is through this approach that I have been able to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.

What to Expect

Clients can count on a thorough consultation and assessment. From there, we will move through a proper warmup, which may include a static and dynamic component. Moving on, and depending upon the client's goals, we will work through the strength component and maybe a cardiovascular, finishing with a cool-down.
