My approach to training is a holistic, integrative one, which involves putting all the pieces together and finding the best program to fit your needs. Clients can count on a thorough consultation and assessment. From there, we will move through a proper warmup, which may include a static and dynamic component. Moving on, and depending upon the client's goals, we will work through the strength component and maybe a cardiovascular, finishing with a cool-down.
