 
My name is Joel and I have received a bachelor of science in exercise science from Salisbury University. After playing minor league baseball, I wanted to pursue his passion of fitness and exercise by helping others. I am currently the fitness director of the Department of Labor Fitness Association and head personal trainer.

The expectations in a typical training would to warmup , strength, cardio training and with a cool down follow by a stretch session.
Many of my clients has lost as much of 100lbs and have reached at least 10 percent of body fat.
