Joe has been with BSC for 8 years where he has excelled in the training department. Achieving the highest training tier level in the company (ELITE), Joe trains over 200 sessions per month. Growing up he was a multi-sport athlete and went on to pursue his fitness passion by graduating from Lasell College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management and Exercise Science focus. He also has minors in Coaching and Business. His certifications include; American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Training, (ACE) Functional Training Specialty, (ACE) Nutrition Specialty, (ACE) Sports Performance Specialty, UXF (high intensity exercise), American Heart Association AED/CPR, and soon to be CSCS. With his extensive experience, background and knowledge, Joe has been able to have his clients see great results ranging from posture, strength, endurance, fat loss, muscle toning, injury prevention / rehab, and overall functional performance. This has made him one of the top performing Personal Trainers in all of Town Sports International (BSC, NYSC, PSC and WSC).
