I started training back in HS before becoming a football player, where I had a gym located down the street so I was able to invite my soon to be teammates to train with me. From there it continued as I would drag my college qb's to the weight room to train. Eventually I got in to boxing and became a boxing coach on the way to winning Golden Gloves and training another winning competitor at the same time. Former trainees have made the NBA, played in the Final Four, won 3 consecutive MVC Player of the years, and won Ms SIU, along with other beauty pageant winner. Lately I have been working with older clients to help with movement improvement and flexibility; helping them overcome tight hips or tight lower backs or tight muscles in general.

A typical session is going to include stretching any sore muscles to start along with activating underactive muscles. From there we will get into resistance or cardio depending on the clients goals. The intensity is based on goals, and the client's current fitness level.
I had a client who came to be to lose weight that doctors put on her purposely to help her fight cancer. We trained for 3 years during with not only did she lose 40lbs but her cancer went in to remission.
