Hello, My name is Jessica. I'm a professional in the health, wellness, and human performance industry. My passion is all aspects of health and helping others reach their optimal health and full potential. Growing up I excelled in athletics and have been active all my life. I played collegiate softball and studied exercise science in college. After I graduated I moved to San Diego and completed an internship with EXOS - a leading company in health and human performance industry. During the internship I assisted and trained youth to professional and retired athletes. San Diego is where I began practicing yoga, meditation, and breath work and also where I learned the benefits of training more functionally and that health is not just physical but mental, emotional, and spiritual as well. Which is what lead me to receiving a certification in Holistic health and studying Natural and Quantum medicine.

A typical training session will include a dynamic warm-up, functional training circuits, and a cool down. I typically will train full body and help you move naturally. The sessions will be tailored to each individual and their goals. I am also open to talking about other areas of health that you want to improve on. Health is so much more than just the physical - there are many other factors that take place in reaching optimal health including: nutrition, sleep, stress, habits, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, and how we are breathing.
“For more than two years Jessica has been teaching our sports conditioning and Tabata classes. I have not only been taking her classes three times a week, but also having personal training sessions with her. Each group class is different and challenging. She is truly knowledgeable of what exercises to use and how to use variations to keep each of her classes interesting. Also, for about a year I was recovering from a rotator cuff injury. For that, she not only gave me modifications for the workouts, but other exercises to help me recover from my injury. I never expected virtual classes to be compared to being at the gym, but to my surprise the online classes have had the same quality. I have been working out for many years with different instructors, and Jessica has been one of the best ones. She cares about helping you to attain your goals by adapting the workouts to your needs.
