Keeping it short and sweet: My goal as your trainer is to help you and my other clients achieve fitness and/or weight-loss goals, teach strategies that will help produce a lifetime of results, not short term solutions . I'm here to listen and encourage. Train you but also teach you what you need to know so you can alter your body however you'd like in the future so you can avoid having to look for a trainer all over again. Nobody has time for that! I do my very best to meet every client right where they are, no matter their current fitness level. My clients become friends if not part of my family and I treat them as such. I want you to know what you are doing and look good doing it! Whether you decide to work with me or not, my line is always open to help guide others in the right direction. Everyone deserves to love themselves thoroughly..my prayer is that I can help. I have an extensive background as a personal trainer and have held three titles with three different organizations over the past 15+ years. *Depending on the certification, renewal is once every 2-4 years* I am certified on the national level as a Personal Trainer with The American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) with a specialization in Mind Body Exercise. I'm also nationally certified with A.C.E. as a Weight Management Specialist. One of my greatest accomplishments, other than starting up my own business company here in Houston is that I use to train at NASA Johnson Space Center as a fitness professional! And although I have spent most of my years as a personal trainer here in Houston however, I have trained people all around the nation and have worked with some of the nation's elite! I've worked with people from all backgrounds - actors/actresses, consul generals from other countries and stay at home moms. I love what I do and I wouldn't trade it for anything!

The first session I will need to gain insight on my client's daily physical activity level and health. I will gather subjective information about their personal history including occupation, lifestyle and medical background. They will fill out a physical activity readiness questionnaire (I usually send this is an email prior to our first meeting). I will also gather objective information by way of assessments such as body composition, heart rate, static posture assessment and movement assessments during our first consultation together. Once all of this is in order and I have this vital information, I will design a program individualized for that specific client and we will begin training. A typical training session would include a warm up period usually lasting 5-15 minutes (light dynamic stretching and cardio), a training period (working on short-term goals to accomplish long-terms goals) and a cool down period (light stretching).
Every one of my client's are a success.. ....everyone has their own goals thus everyone has their own success story. Anytime a client shows improvement, little or big, its a success story. It's all about progressive and internal change. Change matters and it is inevitable. Let's be strong in the way we change!
