My name is Jesse and I just want to start by saying congratulations on taking action to learn how to uncover the body of your dreams! This is a big step and the best step in achieving your fitness goals through precise nutrition as well as pushing yourself to your limit then surpassing where you thought you could ever be. A key component of my training style is a weekly progression through several different physically demanding exercises, goal reassessments, monthly body progress checks, as well as nutritional guidelines. A little about myself is I have a certification from the International Sports Science Association, I’ve been changing peoples bodies for about two years and have had many successes ranging from a woman losing over 30 lbs in 6 months, a man who wanted to run his first 5k in two months and we ended up running a 10k by the end of month two and that’s just the beginning. look forward to working with you on creating the body of your dreams!

Depends on clients exact goals. If a client would like to gain muscle mass and become stronger and that's his/her only focus than we'll spend time in the weight room focusing on weekly progression with weights. If a client would like to build strength but his/her main concern is losing body fat than I will instruct a more high-intensity training involving short rest times and 5-12 exercises done consecutively. My training philosophy is pretty straight forward... NUTRITION! Above all other fads in the industry your nutrition is what will allow you to succeed or not.
I've had a client named Liz who came to me early March of 2018 wanted to lose 25 pounds of body fat by June 1st (her birthday). We followed a diet that wasn't too abrupt and allowed her to still eat the foods she enjoys and we lost the 25 pounds in 9 weeks. Not only was she 25 pounds light but she was much stronger and created a daily routine of exercising that she is now in love with. My client Oz came to be wanting to go from 210 lbs to below 200 lbs as well as had a goal of running his first 5k during the Gasparilla 5k in February. Within 3 months we got down to 191 lbs and ran the 5k on time also ran a 10k the next month. My current Client Kiralee came to me with minor back injuries which made it very hard for her to lift weights or do much exercise, but her physical therapist suggested getting a trainer to help build lower back strength. So we focused on developing lower back, hamstrings, and core strength to have more support for her injured back. This was 4 months ago and she is now lifting heavier weight than ever before.
