About Me

You will get a fitness assessment and measurements at the start of the session. I am certified in pilates, TRX, kettlebell, and Xbar. I use a variety of techniques to lose weight and tone at the same time and also will do a nutrition assessment if you want to be evaluated on your calorie intake. I have a private studio where it will be a one-on-one and not a big gym atmosphere. People want privacy so they can concentrate on reaching their goals.

What to Expect

Expect the unexpected. I never do the same workout. We will always do something new every workout. I know how some workouts can be boring.
