I am a master trainer, nutritionist and injury prevention specialist. I have 12 years of experience as a professional trainer and degrees in exercise science and nutrition from USC. My approach is to create personalized workout and nutrition programs specific to your body and lifestyle, while also teaching you how to maintain the results on your own.

I also have expertise with posture and alignment. By focusing on posture and alignment as we train, I have helped thousands of clients to become completely pain free!
