Hi! I have to start off by saying how grateful I am to be in a profession where I get to help people in a way that makes such a huge impact on their lives! My experience ranges from working with youth swimming programs to coaching teams of rugby players to developing workout plans for those just looking to get in shape. And through all that, I've learned that what I'm passionate about is completely centered around helping people reach their goals and finding out what those goals mean to them on a deeper level.

After assessing your personal goals, needs and preferences, I design a custom fitness program to put you on track to reach your goals. During each session, I focus on keeping training fun and adjusting to your energy level. Sometimes you'll show up needing a less intense, lighthearted session and sometimes you'll be focused and ready to tackle an intense session. It might sound cheesy but my goal is to put the "Personal" back into Personal Training
One of my favorite stories is actually about training one of my good friends. I met her about a year before she got married. We began training together with no real goals other than to stay healthy. Well, about 8 weeks before her wedding, that all changed when she tried on her wedding dress and it didn't fit! We, took some time to review her eating habits and put a simple nutrition strategy together that accounted for some the stress eating that was bound to happen leading up to the wedding. We also upped our training sessions to 3-4 sessions each week. After the hard work she put in to fine tune her nutrition and increase her intensity during workouts, she walked down the aisle looking beautiful in her wedding dress!
