Hello, my name is Jeromel I'm a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer since 2012 . I Considered My self as an astounding Personal trainer and a Professional why? I maintain my Certification and continuously taking specialization every 2 years . My Clients are surprised on their progress and their capabilities because every sessions and my services is done in highest standard of quality . Progressions and Modifications are based on fitness level and in a systematic way . Because of my credentials and compassion I continually guide clients to reach and maintain a healthy lifestyle in a safe program. Being a certified massage therapist since 2009 and a corrective exercise specialist it gives me an edge how to relate if the client is stressed or not comfortable in a particular movement and that's how I will customize my training for individual. I train my clients in our private fitness studio located in Northridge, CA 91324. The studio is set up for 1-on-1 personal trainer so clients and me can focus on our sessions.

Every training session will be different based on clients assessment, needs, wants, and how the client walked in to the fitness room. There will be a modification, progression on the workout it all depends on the clients movement and fitness level. Safety and proper form is my primary concern. Training session will be focused and performed in quality rep and sets. I motivate my clients in a right way, no comparison to others. I will be on the clients side, front, back I'm engaging my self by giving cues how to execute the right movement from how they stand, stance, how to hold the dumbbells, barbells, machines, and the breathing pattern. Checking their progression based on the fitness goal like weight loss we are going to measure body weight, body mass index, body fat %, on a weekly basis. If its corrective exercise we are going to check how they move if there are any compensation during the workout. We will review if we are achieving the set goals and discuss if there any issues or barriers on achieving their healthy lifestyle.
