A typical session was consist of a customized warm-up followed by an array of exercises aimed toward addressing your goals while also aiding in improving your weaknesses or what we call opportunity areas.
My most notable client would be Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Ryan Shazier who suffered a spinal cord injury in 2017 leaving him paralyzed and carted off the field. Many experts and doctors gave Shazier a less than 20% chance of ever walking again. Shazier and I worked diligently and rebuilt his body from the ground up, and he has now restored his health walking, running, and etc.I've also trained over 6,000 clients in both the US and Canada, along with over 50+ professional athletes ranging from NFL, Nascar, and more.
