My name is Jeremy. I have been involved with fitness ever since I was 9-years-old. I grew up playing 3 different sports (football, soccer, track) all the way through high school. I received many scholarships for football and also received a couple for track. I went on to accept a full ride scholarship to play football at Texas A&M University as a wide receiver. I was lucky enough to further my career and play at the professional level in the NFL. I signed as a free agent with the Los Angeles Rams. Unfortunately I got hurt and was released. I went on and continued my career in the Canadian Football League with the Calgary Stampderes in 2018. The transition from being an athlete to a personal trainer has been very good to me. While competing at the high level I was able to work with some of the best trainers in the U.S. which allowed me to learn more about the human body and how to get the most out of it. I have a strong passion to help people reach their goals, whether they are fitness related or not. After working with clients over the years I have learned that many struggled to lose weight, body fat, or gain muscle mass because either they are not on a correct nutrition plan or they don’t have a consistent workout program that is built around their fitness goals. I work with all types of ages. Kids from 6 years old to high school (mainly sports specific training, footwork agility, speed & quickness) so if you have an athlete in the making , I would love to work with them! I also train young adults to seniors. My oldest client being 63 years young! If you’re tired of your appearance or not satisfied with where you’re at fitness wise, let me give you that extra push and build you an effective program around your schedule! Let start our fitness journey together! **I am mobile and can drive out to you. I currently don’t have a stable gym where I can get my clients in for free. But if you have a gym that allows a guest that would work too. I’m currently training my clients at Eleanor Tinsley Park. Which is a great park to do a variety of things besides weight lifting. But we can work with other equipment like resistance bands, sleds, and medicine balls.
When you work with me, you can expect a well rounded workout. I will be sure to give you that extra push and support that you need. The intensity of the workout will be based off of where you are at fitness wise. From there we can gradually pick the intensity up. My job is to put together the most effective program to help you reach your goal without suffering any injuries.
